Welcome to AI Native Fitness ("we", "our", or "us"). We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy, health data, and personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, processing, storage, and user rights when you use our mobile application (com.ainativefitness.app) and our web services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to deliver dynamic, personalized AI workouts and fitness telemetry:

• Profile & Physical Preferences: Fitness goal (e.g. Strength, Hypertrophy, Endurance), experience level, available equipment catalog, preferred coaching tone, and optional user nickname.
• Workout Performance History: Completed exercise sets, weight load (kg), reps completed, RPE ratings, workout timestamps, and personal records (PRs).
• Voice Audio & Speech Input: When you activate the microphone to speak with the Vyera AI coach during workouts or equipment setup, speech is converted into natural language text on-device or via secure speech processing APIs. Audio streams are discarded immediately following transcription.

2. Android Health Connect Data & Permissions

AI Native Fitness interfaces with Android Health Connect to provide real-time fitness metrics and daily recovery insights. The application requests specific read permissions for the following data types:

• android.permission.health.READ_STEPS — Reads step count accumulated since 00:00:00 midnight daily to display daily step goal progress.
• android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE — Aggregates daily distance (km) covered.
• android.permission.health.READ_TOTAL_CALORIES_BURNED & READ_ACTIVE_CALORIES_BURNED — Calculates live active energy expenditure during workouts and daily movement.
• android.permission.health.READ_HEART_RATE — Displays live telemetry heart rate (BPM) during active workouts.

3. Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) Processing

AI Native Fitness uses Google Gemini AI models to dynamically mutate workout structures, generate form tips, and interpret equipment descriptions.

• Only anonymized exercise metadata (e.g., target muscle, fatigue rating, requested equipment swap) is transmitted to the AI engine.
• Your raw biometric identity, names, or identifiable personal health histories are never transmitted to or used for training generalized public AI models.
• All network transmissions are secured using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your workout logs, personal records, and app settings are stored locally on your device using encrypted, sandboxed key-value storage. We enforce strict data hygiene principles to ensure your telemetry remains inaccessible to unauthorized applications.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights

You have absolute control over your fitness data at all times:

• In-App Immediate Deletion: You can erase all local workout histories, personal records, profile configurations, and cached health metrics by navigating to Settings & Profile > Account & Session > Log Out / Reset Data.
• Web Deletion Portal: If you wish to submit an administrative deletion request, you can use our dedicated Account Deletion Portal. Requests are permanently executed within 48 hours.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information or health records from children under 13.
